Mobile App Privacy Policy

This notice describes how the Paddio mobile apps for iOS and Android (the "App") handle your data. It supplements our main Privacy Policy and, for Mexican residents, our Aviso de Privacidad. It is written to align with the Apple App Store Privacy ("Nutrition Label") and Google Play Data safety disclosures. The App is published by PADDIO SPORT TECHNOLOGIES ("Paddio").

We do not use data for third-party advertising, we do not track you across other companies' apps and websites, and we do not sell your data.
2. Permissions the App may request
- Notifications — to send registration, schedule, and result updates. Optional.
- Photos / Camera — only when you choose to set a profile photo.
- Location (when in use) — only if you grant it, to show events near you. The App works without it.
You can change or revoke these permissions anytime in your device settings.
3. Payments
Purchases of Club services (event registrations, bookings, etc.) are processed by Stripe. These are payments for real-world services provided by Clubs and are handled outside Apple/Google in-app purchase, consistent with store rules for "person-to-person" and physical/real-world services. The App does not store full card numbers.
4. Sharing with Clubs and people you register
When you register for an event, we share your registration and contact details with the Club organizing that event so it can manage your entry. For doubles, this includes the partner details you provide.
If you enter another person's information — a doubles partner, or someone you register on their behalf (a "managed player", such as a child) — you confirm you are allowed to provide it. We use it only to enter that person in the event and share it with the organizing Club. That person can contact us at contacto@paddio.club to access or remove their information.
5. Who processes your data
We use trusted service providers to operate the App: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Apple / Google (push notification delivery). See our Privacy Policy for the full list and details.
6. Minors and managed players
You must be 18 or older to create an account, and minors may not create their own accounts. An adult may register a minor for an event as a managed player, providing only the minimal details needed to enter them — a name and, optionally, a phone number, with no separate account or email. The adult who does so is responsible for that information and for obtaining any consent required, and confirms they have authority to provide it. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. To access or delete a managed player's data, contact contacto@paddio.club.
7. Account and data deletion (in-app and on the web)
You can delete your account inside the App at Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion on the web at app.paddio.club/account-deletion without reinstalling the App, or by emailing contacto@paddio.club.
When you delete your account we delete your login and remove or anonymize your personal data (name, email, phone, avatar, push tokens, notification preferences, consent logs). Anonymized tournament and financial records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and to keep your former partners' teams and payments intact. Full details: Account & Data Deletion.
